David Gelbmann, DPM, is a board-certified podiatric physician and surgeon dedicated to helping patients find relief from foot, ankle, and leg conditions at Gelbmann Podiatry, with offices in Chicago, IL. Practicing since 2011, Dr. Gelbmann offers comprehensive care with a personal touch.

He has a particular expertise in treating complex lower extremity wounds, chronic foot and leg pain, and sports injuries. His advanced treatment options include MLS Laser Therapy and in-office vascular ultrasound, ensuring patients receive the latest in non-invasive therapies.

A proud graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Dr. Gelbmann holds dual degrees in molecular biology and biology. He went on to earn his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine. He then completed a rigorous three-year surgical residency at St. John Hospital and Medical Center in Detroit, one of the busiest hospitals in the region, where he performed up to five foot and ankle surgeries per day under the mentorship of top specialists.

Dr. Gelbmann is board-certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and serves as a surgical attending physician at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. His research has been published in several scientific journals, and he is a three-time contributor to the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons Scientific Literature Review.

Outside of his practice, Dr. Gelbmann enjoys running, playing softball, and spending quality time with his wife and young children. Each year, he volunteers in the medical tent at the Chicago Marathon and other Midwest running events, giving back to the community he serves.

Warren Levy, DPM, is an accomplished podiatric physician and surgeon with over four decades of experience. Dr. Levy is a Diplomate of the American Board of Ambulatory Foot Surgery (a section of American Board of Podiatric Surgery).

In 1981, Dr. Levy obtained his medical degree from Illinois College of Podiatric Medicine (Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine). He also received a Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois College of Podiatric Medicine in 1981, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Queens College in New York City in 1973.

Dr. Levy has professional memberships in the American Podiatric Medical Association as well as the Illinois Podiatric Medical Association. He is licensed to practice in the states of Illinois and New York and speaks both English and Spanish.
